월간 <피아노 음악> 은 1982년 4월에 창간되어 국내·외 피아노 음악계를 조망하는 유일의 피아노 음악 전문지로서 그 발판을 다져왔으며, 국내·외 피아니스트들의 공연 소식과 더불어 피아노 음악의 아카데믹한 부분을 심도있게 다룰 뿐 아니라 음반, 서적, 입시 정보 및 클래식 음악에 관한 전반적인 교양을 다룸으로써 폭넓은 독자층을 확보하고 있습니다.

16년간의 노력과 음악계에 대한 공헌으로 1997년 11월 제 32회 잡지의 날 기념식에서 공보처 선정, 제 6회 우수잡지로 표창을 받은 바 있습니다.

This monthly magazine began its first publication in 1982, and since then, it has been established a great reputation as a leading classical music magazine specializing exclusively in the piano music. This is the most important academic and informative resource for the both of musicians and classical music lovers.
This monthly “Musica di Pianoforte”, the oldest classical music magazine of Korea, has now become not just an ordinary music magazine but the most influential guide and the opinion leader of classical music community of Korea.
The government, the Bureau of Public Information, recognized its continuing dedication and service to the classical music community, and awarded “Musica di pianoforte” as Leading magazine of 1997.
